We develop sketch options based on sustainable philosophies to create value and maximise opportunities, in consultation with all stakeholders, while respecting existing communities and their heritage.

With over 15 Sustainability schemes completed, meeting BREEAM ratings “Very Good” or “Excellent”, our approach considers sustainable solutions from the early stage of the design process and throughout, with a cradle to crate approach.
We determine a strategy, assessing the most suitable options, to develop the site based on its form and orientation, appropriate materials and suitable technologies for the building use. We have an established network of consultants at our disposal to aid in the development of building design, considering daylight and thermal software calculations from the initial feasibility stage.
It is especially important to share ideas clearly so we use 3D technologies to translate your requirements into a design that is accessible to a much wider audience. Our design approach includes physical and/or virtual models from the initial inception stage to ensure the building is developed in the way the user would experience it.

As Architects and Principal Designers, we are key Project Advisors from the early stages. We assess the design of your project with a robust design risk management approach, focusing on the social aspects of each project:
