Primarily, the brief is to apply high quality finishes with a luxury feel, while complying with HTM and HBN guidance..
ACA’s design team has applied dementia friendly alongside accessibility design principles.
The wall finishes and living wall selection are examples of biophilic design to connect with the nature of the nearby park.
The main corridor ward lacked natural light, so we have proposed LED Sky panels to brighten it up the environment.
