ACA Welcomes Work Experience Student, Roman!

ACA Welcomes Future Talent: Roman’s Work Experience at Alessandro Caruso Architecture and Interiors Limited.

At ACA, we believe in the power of welcoming and nurturing young talent and providing opportunities for the next generation of architects and designers. This past week, we had the pleasure of hosting Roman, a bright and enthusiastic work experience student, who brought fresh energy and curiosity to our office.

Roman’s first day began with a warm welcome from our team. We introduced him to our ongoing projects, highlighting our diverse portfolio that spans healthcare, education, and residential sectors.

Eager to dive in, Roman spent his time drafting a design for sustainable hotel. Our team members were impressed by his keen eye for detail and his ability to quickly grasp architectural concepts.

On Roman’s final day, we held a reflection session where he shared his experiences and learnings from the week. It was inspiring to hear how his time working with the company had solidified his passion for architecture and interior design. Roman expressed his gratitude for the opportunity, noting how the hands-on experience and mentorship had given him valuable insights into his future career path.

We are committed to continuing our support for young talents and providing them with opportunities to grow and succeed.

Here is a testimonial from the Assistant Head Teacher of Beverley Grammar School, commending our work experience programme here at ACA following the week with Roman:

“I would like to say how grateful we are to you for accommodating Roman Kelly during their recent work experience placement. The amount of positive feedback that we have received from our students regarding work experience has been phenomenal and the students could not have had such a beneficial opportunity without your contribution. I appreciate the time and effort that you have put in to ensuring such a successful week. I would be grateful if you could extend our thanks to everyone at your organisation that helped during time with you. Thank you again for devoting the time to support our work experience programme and I look forward to working with you again in the future.”

Lee Hamshaw, Assistant Headteacher, Beverley Grammar School

Roman’s visit reaffirmed our belief in the importance of mentorship and practical experience in shaping the future of architecture and interior design. We look forward to welcoming more students like Roman and contributing to their journey in this exciting field.
