ACA has a new Office Administrator

ACA has  recently employed a new office administrator at their Beverley office.

Here is how new team member Andrea is finding her role.

ACA: What is your role at ACA?

Andrea:  My role of office administrator is to assist the company Directors and my colleagues, and ensure the efficient running of procedures in the office.

ACA: Why did you apply for this role?

Andrea: After reading the job description and seeing how varied the role was, I saw the opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that embraces innovation and change. I felt that with my previous administration experience that I would be able to contribute to the company’s growth and success.

ACA: What are your first impressions of ACA?

Andrea: I have been very impressed by ACA.  The team are passionate about the projects that they work on. They provide the best service for our clients.

ACA: What you have you been involved in so far?

Andrea: I have been involved in maintaining accurate and up to date records, organising and maintaining files, implementing policies, invoicing and attending meetings. Also, drafting blogs for social media and the website.  There is much more, as every day is different and very hands on.

ACA: Describe a typical day / week?

Andrea: At the start of the each week we begin with a workload meeting to discuss what is required over the subsequent days. This meeting also allows the team to share any thoughts and ideas. I attend a weekly social media meeting to discuss upcoming events and ideas for posts on the website. This allows me  to do some photography which I really enjoy.  I also respond to emails, assist with the implementation of audits, organise files and draft documents.

ACA: How would you describe working at ACA?

Andrea: Everyone has made me feel very welcome.  It is a pleasure to be part of such a friendly and diverse team. We all support each other and learn from each other.
