Project Architect (Part III) Required!

Project Architect


Due to an increase in workload, we have a fabulous opportunity for an ambitious Part 3 Project Architect with around 3 years Post Part III experience.

You’ll join our team to work predominantly on national healthcare projects and some commercial, education and residential projects, from inception to completion with an emphasis on the delivery stages.

We are looking for someone with superb design and technical skills gained on projects ideally £2m+ in value. You must have a proven ability to lead projects, liaising with clients and contractors and confidence in construction and detailing.  A proven track record in successfully delivering projects from inception through to completion is an absolute must as is solid AutoCAD literacy.  REVIT knowledge would be highly beneficial.

The ability to work on your own initiative and fantastic communication skills are also essential.  The ability to develop new leads in any of the sectors would be advantageous.

Working directly with the Principal Architect, you will supervise the Practice’s technical team.

This is an ideal company and role to assume genuine job running responsibility and progress your career promptly towards senior project architect / senior architect levels.

Full driving licence and car is essential.
