HB Villages appointed ACA for supported living accommodation design in Dunstable.
Primarily the brief was to design 2 household blocks for residents with physical disabilities and/or complex care and mental health needs.
Therefore our design focuses on accessibility for all disabilities.
Above all, our technical design contributes to the flexible use of the accommodation in a variety of ways.
Importantly, ACA’s design achieves Building Regulations for safety, accessibility and sustainability for current and future generations.
Finally our design focuses on the end users, providing a non-clinical space.
