ACA are very proud to announce that we have a top university graduate!
In fact, our newest member of the team has just completed his studies!
Oliver Marrow (Ollie) has now completed his course at the University of Hull in Business Management and Marketing.
Ollie’s efforts have paid off as he achieved a First Class Honours and the ACA team are over the moon!
Ollie originally joined ACA via a university internship on a 12 week contract.
In fact, Ollie began working as a part time office assistant at ACA in March 2023.
He has quickly learnt the basics and offers a helping hand to the directors, Amelia and Alex, to free them up to spend time working on the Practice.
At the end of the internship, ACA were keen to employ Ollie so that he could continue to gain experience and learn more about ACA.
Now that he is a university graduate, Ollie is starting to apply more theory to practice and become more autonomous.
Ollie enjoys the variety of his role at ACA and no two days are the same.
In fact, not only does he carry out basic administration and finance tasks associated to an architectural practice, he has also been exposed to networking, business development activities, attending corporate events, internal quality audits, updating the website, and assisting with social media content.
More recently, Ollie has been contributing to ACA’s business plan and SWOT analysis.
Well done Ollie – you can relax and just concentrate on your job now!
